What you see should be what you get

We do our best to provide photos of our products with accurate colours but differences may arise due to different computer monitors and variations in the photographic process.

Because my creations are handmade from scratch, there may be some tiny imperfections. I do not sell anything I would not wear myself and I check my items carefully before offering them for sale.

Cancellations

We work hard to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. So, as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in the process of being shipped. This means there is only a very small window of time where we can “catch” your order before it is sent to our fulfilment centre, physically picked, packed, and dropped off for shipping.

This unfortunately means once your order information is electronically sent to our fulfillment centre NO changes or cancellations can be made.  If you need to change or cancel your order please contact us at info@simplicityaccessories.com.au as soon as possible with the subject line “Cancellation” and your full name and order number. We’ll let you know what we can do!  

Order Processing Times and Postage

All jewellery orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days of order receipt. Customers will receive an order confirmation, shipping and tracking number for each delivery. 

How long will it take for my accessories order to be processed? Our accessories are 100% handmade, so shipments can take between 1 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to process, pack and post, orders are processed in the order in which we receive them. From the confirmation of the payment of the purchase. Delivery times depend on the day and location of the destination.

All orders are processed and scheduled for shipment only from Monday to Friday, once the Customer’s payment has been confirmed. Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • We are not responsible for any delay, late delivery or failure to deliver.
  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Please note Australia Post does have a 2-20 working day turnaround in regular seasons, and this number increases during busy periods. We ALWAYS recommend choosing Express Post. We will not be held responsible for the time it takes Australia Post to deliver your package (2-20 days as per the Australia Post website via the standard service). Once your parcel is posted, it is out of our control. If you choose the Express Postage option, this DOES NOT speed up the processing time and does not allow you to jump the cue. Orders are processed in the order that we receive them. Again, keep an eye on the tracking information that is sent via email. This tracking number will allow you to see the delivery of your parcel. By fulfilling an order with Simplicity Accessories. you have acknowledged that you are aware of this information.

We use Australia Post to deliver all orders. At checkout, you will be given the option of choosing either Standard Postage or Express Postage. This only applies to the postage option, NOT the processing time.  If you select Express Post, it WILL NOT mean your order will jump to the top of the line.  Choose your option carefully.

Tracking your parcel

Your package will be sent via Australia Post. You will be able to track its progress via its website here: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search. (Tracking information may be limited once the parcel leaves Australia.)

In all cases, we recommend you choose the “signature on delivery” option because we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

If you want to combine postage on multiple orders, please send an email with the order numbers to info@simplicityaccessories.com.au and we will refund any extra postage you may have paid.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please ask any questions you have about any item before placing an order, ensuring you have read our terms and conditions and product descriptions as all purchases are final.

Please note

Simplicity Accessories will not be held responsible for:

  • Any items sought to be returned or exchanged by you where they have been sent to the wrong address.
  • Loss or damage of returned goods incurred during shipping
  • Paying international duties and taxes. (For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau).
